Born in Barh, married at Amhara and currently based in Patna, Dr. Divya Jyoti developed a deep passion for education from an early stage.
She believed that education is not merely about degrees but about empowering individuals and transforming societies.
Her journey has been defined by uplifting students from economically weaker backgrounds, supporting girls' education, and advocating for the dignity of teachers.
Dr. Divya Jyoti currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chanakya Foundation and the Dr. Ashok Gagan Group of Colleges.
Nearly 700 students are receiving free education under her guidance.
She has also promoted skill development, vocational training, and career-oriented learning.
She has consistently advocated for fair wages, timely promotions, and dignity for educators.
Under her leadership, around 1600 teachers were honored through a major award ceremony in Patna.
