WHAT I WILL FIX
I firmly believe that change is possible—but only when there is clarity of purpose, commitment to action, and the courage to raise the right issues.
If given the opportunity, I will work with dedication to address the challenges that teachers face, not through empty promises, but through consistent advocacy and policy-level engagement.
My first priority will be to ensure financial dignity for teachers. No educator should have to struggle for basic survival. I will strongly advocate for a structured and transparent minimum salary framework, especially for private teachers. I will also push for systems that ensure timely and regular payment of salaries. Financial stability is not a privilege—it is a necessity.
I will work towards establishing time-bound promotion systems. Teachers deserve to grow in their careers without unnecessary delays. I will raise the need for clear policies that recognize experience, reward dedication, and provide fair opportunities for advancement.
Addressing the shortage of teachers will also be a key focus. I will highlight this issue at every platform and advocate for timely recruitment and proper workforce planning. A balanced teacher-student ratio is essential for quality education.
Reducing the burden of non-academic duties is equally important. I will strongly push for limiting such responsibilities so that teachers can focus on their primary role—education. Administrative support systems must be strengthened to reduce unnecessary pressure on educators.
Improving infrastructure and working conditions will remain a continuous effort. I will raise the demand for better facilities, proper classrooms, and adequate teaching resources. A teacher can only perform effectively when the environment supports their efforts.
I will also advocate for transparency in administrative processes. Teachers must have clarity and confidence in matters related to transfers, postings, and career progression. Systems should be fair, accountable, and free from uncertainty.
Professional development will be another key area of focus. I will promote regular training programs and skill development initiatives to ensure that teachers are equipped to meet modern educational challenges. Empowering teachers with knowledge and skills is essential for long-term progress.
I will also raise the issue of support for teachers’ families. Recognizing their contribution means acknowledging the sacrifices made by their families as well. Policies that extend benefits to teachers’ children can provide much-needed support.
My approach will be consistent, focused, and grounded in reality. I understand that change does not happen overnight, but it begins with raising the right voice at the right place.
This election is an opportunity to move from discussion to action—from problems to solutions.
I am committed to walking this path with honesty, determination, and a clear vision.
Together, we can build a system where teachers are not just respected in words, but supported in reality.
